Network Imaging

At the research location Göttingen, a wide range of imaging methods are established that cover the entire spectrum of techniques required to generate images of as small as subcellular structures to tissues and structures of the human being. This expertise will be joined in a Center for Multimodal Imaging (Theodor Förster Institute). By means of combining divers imaging principles with the performance modeling of biological processes and structures, the center intends to characterize the molecular causes of normal and pathological processes.
